Time zones, without the guesswork
How do I compare time zones?
Add cities, choose your reference city, then move a timeline or enter a time. Every row shows the same moment in a different place. Pick a date to see the right daylight saving offset for that day.
How do I find a meeting time across countries?
Set your working hours and workdays. TimeMingle shows where those local hours overlap. If there is no shared working window, it labels suggestions as compromises. The app uses the working hours you choose, not anyone's actual calendar availability.
Does TimeMingle account for daylight saving time?
Yes. It uses date-specific IANA rules for each city, including half-hour clock changes and days with 23 or 25 hours. Preview an upcoming change to see how it affects your comparison. Read the daylight saving guide.
Why do I choose a city instead of a country?
Some countries span several time zones, and different regions can follow different daylight saving rules. Search by country, then choose the city or region you need.
Can I share a comparison?
Use Share to copy a link with your chosen cities, order, reference city, working hours and selected moment. Anyone who receives the link can open that comparison. Copy Table gives you plain text to paste into Slack, email or a calendar invitation.
Can I type a meeting request in plain English?
Yes. Use Time slots to turn one or more proposed times into a message in another city’s time zone. Use Create invite for an editable event draft with guests and duration. Review it in Google Calendar or download a calendar file. TimeMingle does not check calendar availability or send invitations.
Is TimeMingle free, and do I need an account?
The time-zone converter is free and does not require an account. Your saved places and preferences stay in this browser. The scheduling chat can prepare a Google Calendar draft or a downloadable calendar file. It does not read your calendar or send invitations itself.
Calculated from IANA time-zone data, version 2026e, checked . Future dates use currently announced rules. Governments can change those rules. Supported dates: 2020-01-01 to 2035-12-31.
